Homemade Soft & Chewy Chocolate Granola Bars for the win! These are loaded with oats, almonds/pecans, puffed rice (or quinoa or millet), finely diced California prunes (my favs!), unsweetened coconut, chia seeds—ALL THE GOODS! I partnered with my friends @CAPrunes to share these mega delicious SNAX that are loaded with good-for-you stuff, with the prunes (AKA dried plums!) coming in clutch with antioxidants, fiber + minerals.

Making the case for FREEZING YOUR BALLS. 😮‍💨 I made this batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies a month (ish) ago…these dough balls have been in my freezer 🥶 waiting for their moment to shine. Maybe that’s nightly.

Make them tonight, freeze what you don’t eat (single-layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet); once frozen stash in an airtight container. Winning at life. ⚡️

🌟TIPS🌟
*I like to get my balls out 😳 before I preheat the oven to let them come closer to room temp. Can they go straight from freezer to oven? Yes, in emergencies, absolutely. But I like the thinner cookie that results from that time sitting out.
*add 1-2 minutes to the bake time as you’re still dealing with cool dough. I also like to let them cool on the sheet. So good.

The only thing better than chocolate chip cookies is chocolate chip cookies on demand. New life motto.
